hi Marie.. I have a William Copeland in my line supposedly born in N.C. in 1801 nd married to a Mary, possibly Mary is short for something else.. I dont have much info on them but i have some census info on their children.. One of the children, Henry Clinton Copeland born 1841 married Sarah Frances Eubanks and then when she passed away remarried her sister, Martha Jane, aka Mattie..
