Hello Everyone, I am new to the list and have been researching my family from TN. My ggrandmother was Nanny Cooper Harrell. b. May 22. 1876 and d. May 14. 1961. It is her Father and mother that I have been stuck on for a year. Lawrence Cooper father and Nancy, mother. They were from somewhere just south of Nashville. For anyone who is interested, the Shelbyville, TN library has 7 Cooper families. The library itself has devoted research to the Cooper Family because of its funding from Lawrence Cooper, governor of TN. Dennis Vanhorn
