Joyce, My Jesse L. Cooper was born 1830 and lived in Newtown, Fredericks C.,Va...whereas his wife, Sarah Elizabeth Cale's Father, Henry Cale was from Hampshire C., Va.. I'm trying any possibility to locate Jesse and thereby find his parents.
