Hi, June. I had Familytreemaker 6.0 and tried it for a time; entered a lot of family under Ancestry.com's free family tree online; bought Sierra Generations Deluxe program, but have not stuck with any one program. We have a Hewlitt Packard 600 3-in-1 printer that can scan, and can open most files sent with our file opener program. I'm not sure about how to use any of the above programs to send files directly to the program. So, do you think you're a distant relation? You must recognize my Jesse L. Cooper.
