In the probate of Jacob Cooper, Alston is not yet of age (21) I don't recall which without looking it up but Alston was assigned a guardian by the court as it relates to his part of the estate. Alston went on to live in MS and died there. After his death wife Lydia went on the Ark. I would like to here from "Velda Jo" I missed your address.
