Cooper 17 F Eliza Cooper 13 F John Cooper 10 M Virginia Cooper 4 F Jesse's age in this census would make him born about 1828. However, ages listed census records aren't always perfectly reliable, and your date of 1830 is pretty close. Also, I couldn't find a Henry Cale in the 1850 Census of Virginia.
