Hi Barbara, No I don't, that is one of the things that I am trying to find out. I didn't even know about him until my cousin in Ohio, went to Ft Wayne and found Jesse, Emily and him in the 1870 census. He was a brother to my grandfather Arthur Cooper. I had an uncle evidently named after him. William Wesley Cooper born 1913. I have searched everywhere trying to find someone that may be descended from him with no luck. Thought I would keep posting about once a month.
