My great-grandparents, James and Isabel (Bartlow) Cooper had a daughter Sarah A.(born in 1847 in Illinois.) Two days ago I found a record of Sarah's marriage to a John Cooper (hopefully another family!), but her name was now Sarah A. Black, daughter of James and Isabel Cooper. This marriage took palce in May 1887 in Oakland Twp., Schuyler Co., Illinois. C.W. Cooper, and Melinda Cooper were attendants and Peter Philips was the J.P.
