My g-g-grandfather was William Cooper from Hyson Green/Radford Nottinghamshire, England in 1847 to Philadelphia, his fiance Harriet Pearson from Basford, Nottinghamshire, Eng came over in 1848. He met her in New York where they were married, returned to Philadelphia and later removed to Lebanon, PA. William Cooper's parents were Samuel Cooper and Ann Fox? Any connections here?
