Hi All! I just discovered from her son's death certificate that my Anna Mary Cooper was born in Vermont. I always looked in PA where she lived with her husband, William Turner Burns. They were married 11/12/1840. I don't know which state, PA or VT. I had her birth date as 1830 but I doubt if she married at age 10. Her husband was born 1819. That gives us a range to work with. I always suspected that her last name was Rushton because her son's middle name was Rushton. Do you suppose that was her mother's maiden name? With these clues can anyone help me? Norma
