There was a William Cooper in Berkeley County, Virginia in 1777. Does anyone have any information on this individual or who he may be related to or where he may have gone to afterwards. There is a possibility he may be in Kentucky about 1790. Thanks.

There is a William Cooper on the 1799 Pulaski County Tax rolls. I believe his wife's name was Margaret and my GGGF George B Cooper was their son.
