Hi, Thanks for your response. Very good idea to find out what the procedures are. I do remember that his grandmother Annie (nickname Nannie) after she died had canceled checks to the foster parents. My father's grandfather Thomas led my father to his mother after Annie died. Below is the information which I have on my family members.
