Hello List, Would any one have a Frances COOPER of Allen County, Kentucky the early 1800s or maybe from Sumner Co. Tennessee. Have been trying for over 20 years to find the parents of Martin COOPER born 1815 Allen Co. Kentucky and was in Sumner Co, Tennessee about 1855. I have kept finding a Frances COOPER but have never made a connection. Martin died in1909 and is buried at New Hope Cemetery,Sumner County Thank You Deb Cooper Indiana
