I am looking for descendants of Jedethan J. Cooper, b. abt 1835 in Davidson County, NC. He married Narcisa Davis (b. abt 1837 in Livingston County, KY,) on Feb 17, 1858, in Marshall County, KY. This family moved to the Ohio area, after the Civil War. Prior to this, they were in Marshall County, KY and White County, AR. Jed's parents were John Cooper and Elizabeth Coggin. Most of the other children of this family settled in AR. I would hope that perhaps some of Jed's descendants could help us with information on his father, John Cooper.
