    3. Looking for connections to the families of Thomas W. JEFFRYES (1797-1879) and Mary Ann KEEF (1800-1863). They were married in England and both died in Mercer Co., IL. They had children James Napolean, Thomas William, Hypatia Mary Ann, Lucretia Julie Ann and Frederick Voltare JEFFRYES all born in England. Children: Thomas William JEFFRYES (b. 1817) md. 1850 Mercer Co., IL Elizabeth Jane HAMILTON (my 3G grandparents) and had the following children: Dr. William Thomas (my 2G grandfather), Dr. Robert E., Dr. Rueben Samuel, Floda H. and Fred JEFFRYES (photographer). Hypatia Mary Ann JEFFRYES (b. 1820) md. ? MARTIN and had a daughter named Olive MARTIN. Lucretia Julie Ann JEFFRYES (b. 1824) md. Stephen COOPER and had children: Emma, Benjamin H., Stephen, Fredrick T. and Charles M. COOPER. Frederick Voltare JEFFRYES (b. 1825) md. 1854 Oxford, Mercer Co., IL Elinor Orcelia COOPER and had children: Richard Frederick, Thomas Douglas, Rhonda Ella, George A., Charles S., William Franklin, Minnie Josephine, James Walter Leroy and Robert Irving JEFFRYES. Sorry this is so long but hopefully some of these names will ring a bell. I'm especially trying to find out what happened to my 2G grandfather Dr. William Thomas JEFFRYES. My great uncles think he died of a heartattack while trying to put out his house fire around either 1925 or 1935. They think he was living in Nebraska. Clay L.
