I am looking for a Cooper who married Ella Dawn. She was Lovinia Ella Tinsley before her first marriage. She was born in 1853 in Dalton,Ga. She married Charles H. Dawn in 1875 in Dalton,Ga. He was killed at his job on the railroad in 1879 and she married a Cooper about 1889, they had a daughter Cordie or Cordir Cooper. This Cooper probably didn't live long after his marriage to Ella because she was in the 1900 Spalding County,Ga census records and was a widow again. The I found her in the 1920 Anderson County,South Carolina Census and her son and his family were living in the house with her. Her son was Leonard E. Dawn.
