Donna, My GGGF George B Cooper is my brickwall. He was in Pulaski County KY in 1812 with a Margaret Cooper I had thought it might be his mother but could be his sister. In the HIstory of Pulaksi County KY both George B and Margaret and another George Cooper were listed as members of the same church. Do you remember who sent you the Peter (Keiffer ) Cooper line? One of my Uncles did a DNA kit and we connected to a Michael Cooper who has PA roots but we never connected famalies. I have one census that lists Goerge B as born in PA but the rest has him listed as born in VA. I think I read at one time some parts of VA were PA or vice versa.
