I am looking for information on the family of William Marion COOPER and his sister Ann. They were the children of William S. COOPER and Elizabeth Ann OATES. William S. died in 1850. They were married in Henry County Alabama. Any help on this will be gratefully appreciated. Who did William S. COOPER and Ann marry? Are their descendants still in the Wiregrass? Thank you Jacob L. FYI, Daniel William Cooper was a young man in 1860 when he and several college buddies in college at Miami University at Oxford Ohio started the National Fraternal organization, Sigma Chi. Thought someone might be related to him. Sigma Chi national fraternity in Evanston, Illinois might have some interesting info on him.
