I have been using it for months now and have had excellent luck. Nearly all my people had already been transcribed and they aren't even done with Ontario yet. I particularly liked being able to point out errors or other problems. One thing that I think needs to be said for places like this and ancestry is that if you can prove you are right, they will make changes in their work. It can take a while, but in August, I emailed ancestry about errors I was seeing in about a dozen of their transcriptions using the methods provided and my reasoning or in one case another's transcription of the same thing which was the correct transcription. In each and every case I pointed out why I thought I was right, like the dots for i's that were not transcribed as such. In the last week I have been getting emails from them and in everyone they have made the changes in the transcriptions. So far I have gotten 6 of the 12 back, all accepting my proofs and making the changes. So although changes in enumerator errors cannot be made, transcription errors can and will be made if they are pointed out and others agree with your reasons for thinking as you do. Annie in Minnesota
