Hi Nancy, nothing, except the mans name was( Hughes )my dau (Tkstet1@aol.com Tammy) is working this with me, in case someone see and thinks it is a link to him. anyway we are goin to go to McAlester, Ok. asap and go to the archives see what we can find there.,That is where adoption took place. We think that since( he) John listed the parents as dead that possibly the Hughes was a Croney of Johns. thanks so much for your help so far in the 20 yrs researching this with a limited income I havent been able to get much of anywhere. The adoption papers show severall things with the. witness but not a lot else.. I didnt even know about these until lately. My father and 1 brother had searched but could find out O.
