I am looking for a William Cooper (place unknown) who could have been from KY. He shows up in Pope Co IL and married Polly Towns in 1833. They had a son in 1841 named William Henry. He came to TX along with his mother, aunt and uncle in 1853. William may have died before this. Rumor says he could have been married before with another family somewhere.
