I believe Joseph Neal Cooper was born in Roger Mills Co, OK ca 1902. He was the son of Joseph C. & Minnie A. (Coafer) Cooper. He moved to Dimmitt, Castro Co, TX around 1930 married ????? (possibly Eva ????) and raised 3 girls & 1 boy (according to family stories). He remained in Dimmitt in the 1930's & 1940's and moved to the Topeka Kansas area, re-married and stayed there until his passing in 1964. Joseph Neal Cooper, age 62, died 2 July 1964, Prairie Home Cemetery, Menoken Township, Shawnee Co, KS. No stone located.
