I wonder if your William could be a brother to my James Cooper who was born 1788 in Va. He had several brothers & sisters and possibly more. The ones I suspect to be his siblings are: Joseph born 1790 Eliza born 1816 Alfred born ? Alexander born ? My James died in Vigo County, Indiana as did Joseph. Vigo is not that far from Posey County, possibly two counties. Sherry
