Dear List, I am searching for information on the family of John COOPER, believed to be born in Gravesend, Kent, England and his wife Lydia SMITH (nee MOLE) married at St Peters & St Pauls, Milton by Gravesend on 23 Dec 1830. Their children were John Mole COOPER b Nov 1831; Henry b 1833 d 25 May 1861 in Melbourne, Australia (my great-grandfather); John b 1834; Robert b 1838; William b 1841. All children were christened in St George, Gravesend, Kent. If any of this sounds familiar I would love to share the extensive information I have on the Australian branch of the family and fill in the missing branches of the brothers who stayed in England.
