I am hoping someone can help me locate any information on a Lee Allen Cooper Sr. He may not go by the Sr. I am trying to trace the family tree for my daughter, who would be Lee Allen Cooper Sr's granddaughter. My daughter's father of course was Lee Allen Cooper Jr. Jr. never knew his father. His parents were divorced when he was about 1 years old and Sr. disappeared. Jr. is now deceased. I tried recently to acquire information on Sr. through my ex-mother-in-law, but due to her elderly age she does not remember much and what she does remember I am unsure about. She said that Lee Allen Cooper Sr. was born May 6 1926-27 in Kirkwood. Missouri. I have Lee Jr.'s birth certificate and he was born in August 1947. It does say that Lee Sr. was 21 at the time. So it appears she maybe correct on Sr.'s birth year. She says she does not remember the marriage date. This is all I have. I am hoping someone may provide a lead. I cannot seem to get a birth certificate out of Kirkwood, Mo. Terrie, Have you looked at the 3 1/2 year old Allen Cooper, son of Floyd Cooper, on the 1930 census, Prairie Township, McDonald County, Mo. He had a 2 year old sister name Juanita, possibly the sister someone remembered as "lolita"?
