Cooley, Wes (b. 1932) Born in Los Angeles, Calif., March 28, 1932. Member of Oregon state senate, 1992; U.S. Representative from Oregon 2nd District, 1995-. Still living as of 1998. (See also his congressional biography.) This Wes Cooley was run out of office. He was a disgrace to the state of Oregon.
