Am looking for any info (especially Parents or siblings) on a Joseph COOLEY aka Josiah COOLEY. He was born in 1838 somewhere. Found him in the Calhoun Co. MI census for 1860. He married Louisa NICHOLS from Jackson Co. Mi Feb. 18, 1866 in Sheridan Twp. in Calhoun Co.MI . They had eleven children. They lived for awhile in Springport, Jackson Co. It has been reported she had a sister living in Jackson Co. at that time. A Ira COOLEY was listed in the 1850 census for Jackson Co. and was told he maybe the father or brother, but no proof.
