Hello: Does anyone have any information on a McCarver that was in a gunfight about 1880 in Missouri or Arkansas. His brother was in jail for a killing and after another gunfight , caused by a card game the McCarver left his family and went to Clifton, Wayne County, Tennessee, where he changed his name to COOLEY and raised another family.
