I am looking for Jonas Cooley born circa 1840. He was married to Eliza LaPoint or Point. had at least two children Frank Cooley born 1870 and Rose Ann Cooley born about 1862. There is a discrepancy on on where Rose Ann was born, her death record said Penns. but her son said on his SSI application she was born in Canada. Franks death certificate said he was born in Marshland , Penn. If any one has any clues to these people I sure could use the help. Its not easy researching people in Penns from Georgia.
