I have found Cooleys in the Index of the Richard Wright page. There are many Cooleys listed. Check the surname list and scan down to the list of surnames beginning with C and in that list you will see Cooley. Please try it again and good luck in your research.

Sandra, A Stanton looking at the Cooley line is too much to pass by. My mother's people were Stanton's and Cooley's. Matilda Jane Stanton was married to James Alvin Cooley. Ring any bells?
