I am searching for information on David Cooley b. 1833 Ohio. He is listed on the 1880 census of Jersey, Licking Co., Ohio with wife Sarah and Ch. Lewis and Rosa. He is found in White/Pulaski Co., Indiana in 1900 and 1910 with his son Lewis and his family. The 1880 census states he was born in Ohio and his father was born in PA. I had a Uncle named Louis Cooley. I know nothing more,other than his wife wasMarie Stanfield Cooley.I think thet met & married in Seymour,In.Lived in Kokomo In for a number of years.She moved to Joilet Il in later years.Had several children only names I remenber are Velda Lou. She was born 1896. Hope this helps I have not been able to find any more info. Laura - I found a connection. The PA. reference threw me. I am trying to finalize descendant entries to my book. I assume you descend from David, correct? David was the son of Clark Cooley II and his second wife Fanny Landon.
