    3. I have been to Ancestory.com several times today, by way of the link that was out in an earlier e/mail and direct to ancestoey.com and have not found the "free info" The pages I have found ask for a credit card # to get started with the free trial. Do you have to give your credit card information to take advantage of the free info? The last time they had a free offer a few weeks ago for the Today Show (I think) all you had to give was your e/mail address. I would like to know how you all are getting in? I agree! I have been checking it today using the free service. I just found my husband's great great grandmother who came from Germany in 1866. And she was with a brother who we never knew of until now! Now we have names, dates and the port of departure and arrival. Guess the laundry won't get done tonight. MeLani = I'm so excited, I have found 3 of the 4 immigrants that have eluded =me over the years. I had checked Ellis Island and Castle Garden =websites, but now finally found them on ship manifests. Remember, =try several spellings, several members of the family, and even =nicknames. Good luck! I'm searching for the last immigrant I need =again tonight. =Jack & Gail ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to COOK-CO-IL-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
