Could someone on the list tell me what facility is at 1601 N Western Ave, or tell me how to find out? I am seeking a childhood friend who was there last year and my card was returned. It may be an assisted living facility. Grace

I went to the Cook County Assessor site and entered the address from 1600 - 1700 and see nothing for 1601 North or 1601 South http://www.cookcountyassessor.com/filings/searchflat//search.asp I also went to The Chicago Neighborhood Early warning site and entered the same information and had the same result http://www.newschicago.org/index.php?search=single_chicago&menu=chicago&Image1.x=80&Image1.y=23 Then I went to Google Earth 1600 North Western is North Avenue and Western. I don't know if you checked out the reverse address in the white pages but when I did I got the following: 24 Hour 7 Day Emergency Locksmith Pizza Hut 1601 N. Western Ave. 1601 N. Western Ave. Chicago, Il Chicago, Ill There were 22 listings for 1601 N.
