Listers, I received my mother's death certificate. It says for other medical conditions, amongst other things, ASHD. I checked WebMD. It does not say anything about ASHD. My mother had Coronary Artery Disease, so the thought was for some sort of heart disease, but like I said, WebMD says nothing with words starting with A and S before the H and D being heart disease.
