Hi Cook Listers, I just received an interment record from Calvary Cemetery in Evanston IL (Chicago). It shows the owner of the plot of 64 graves purchased 6/16/1873 as the Typographical Union. The person I was looking for was a teamster from 1870 to his death in 1881. Would any of you know anything about this union? FYI: Persons buried in this plot along with the interment dates are as follows........................... There is an interesting article on the International Typographical Union, which may be what you're looking for.
