    3. What Ancestry does have are the Chicago Voter's registrations for 1888, 1890 and 1892. Since this was prior to suffrage there aren't any women listed but the info in re registered males includes: congressional district; precinct; ward; address; country or state of birth; how long the registrant has lived in the precinct, county and state; and whether he is naturalized, and if so, the date of his papers and name of the court.
