Hello, I was wondering if anyone that is familiar with IRAD would explain how it works to those of us that don't understand it. Questions I would have are: What kind of genealogical info. would I be able to get from them? What kind of info. would I have to provide to them? Would I have to know the exact department to which I would have to direct my inquiries? There seems to be alot of them. What is the exact proceedure? Thank you Pauline
