Is it likely that she moved to New York after 1910? If not, her absence from the Chicago records after 1910 suggests that she died between 1910 and 1920. If she died before 1915 there's a great likelihood that her death went unrecorded. My understanding is that Chicago didn't require birth and death records until that time. The Trib did yield lots of obits on her family though, perhaps other descendants will have more data on Sarah. (Note: According to the records Rose's husband's given name was Julius, Milton was her son's name.)
