Toni The illinois Regional Archives Depository (IRAD) has the following records for wills for Cook County. You can write a letter asking for a lookup giving them the title of the record, approximate date & name, and film number. If they find what you request they will send the copies to you for a very reasonable cost - when they sent me the 4 pages of my grandfather's naturalization papers they only charged me $1.00.
