I have my great-aunt's marriage license, she was married by Rev. Fred Krohne in 1919, unfortunately the church's name is not on the certificate. The certificate said he is an ordained minister and his address was 3617 Belle ? Ave. Can someone help me to locate the church? Thank you. Kathy

In a 1946 obituary it was the Gethsemane Evangelical church, 3617 Belle Plaine Avenue, residence of the pastor. Also referenced as "Gethsemane Evangelical church, Belle Plaine and Monticello" Avenues. In 1958, "Gethsemane Ev. and Ref. church, 3617 Belle Plaine" Avenue." In 1966 - 1980, it was called Gethsemane United Church of Christ.
