Hi Paul; Vincent was using the name William in 1920--I found him using that name in the census and in the WWI Draft registration, ca. 1917, living at 1640 Brigham. In 1929 the Polk Criss-cross directory has a John Mocarski (wife Helen), and Victor Mocarski (wife Helen) living at the address on Brigham--but Vincent and Anna weren't living at their 1930 address on Pierce yet either. There was a Vincent Misukanis in Cleveland, OH in 1942, and I found a Matthew Stankevicius in NY in 1920. Hope this stuff helps.
