I have also been dealing with this office for almost 3 years now and I'm only requesting one file! I have written at least a dozen letters and in one letter included a check that was returned to me because "they would bill when the file was sent". I figured that if I sent payment it would move things along faster. The last letter I sent was back in November, 06...........again including a check..........the check was never sent back to me, but never cashed.
