Hi Marge; I wasn't able to locate the business address but I did find Otto Alt, undertaker, in the 1920 and 1930 Censuses for Chicago. In 1920 he was living at 2640 W. Diversey in West Town Twp.; in 1930 at 3229 Montrose Ave. in Jefferson Park Twp. Hopefully, this well help narrow down your search parameters. Cheers, Masugu
