This directory does NOT include Chicago itself, Burnham, Calumet City or Lansing but does include suburban subscribers in the Calumet District of IN (Dyer, East Chicago, Gary, Griffith, Hammond, Highland, Indiana Harbor, Munster, New Elliot, Ross, Schererville, & Whiting).
