    1. [COOK-CO-IL] Death records
    2. Are there any free online death records for Chicago where we can actually see and print out the record? This would be for years around 1900. Thanks.

    3. There are no Cook County death records online at this time. Instead, they can be ordered inexpensively online through chicagogenealogy.com or mollx.com. Death records are indexed in Illinois Archives: http://www.cyberdriveillinois.com/departments/archives/databases.html Illinois Statewide Death Index, Pre–1916 http://www.ilsos.gov/GenealogyMWeb/deathsrch.html Regards, Mary [email protected] wrote: > > Are there any free online death records for Chicago where we can actually > see and print out the record? 3. Does anyone know where obituaries for 1930's were placed other than the Chicago Tribune? These were English-speaking people. I've searched the Trib to no avail. [email protected]
