Ilopen.org WHAT: The Illinois Senate Judiciary Committee has just announced a public hearing for HB 5428 WHEN: Tuesday, April 13th at 2:30 pm WHERE: Capital 400, Springfield, Illinois WHY: The Judiciary Committee testimony will hear testimony from both supporters and opponents of HB 5420. Now is your chance to speak directly to the Illinois Senators. HOW: Supporters and Opponents get an opportunity to speak to the Senate Judiciary Committee in a public forum.
