Have you checked the kiosks at your nearest archdiocesan cemetery? They have the records for all the cemeteries, and may be more reliable than a phone call to Calvary. I visited Calvary last fall with my kiosk information in hand showing the locations of family graves. The fellow at the desk said he had no additional information, but when I returned to the office 45 minutes later, he was helping a woman who had brought a coffeecake. Somewhat embarassed, he then pulled some cards with information on my graves, too. It taught me a lesson--be pleasant but persistent, and bring coffeecake! Diane
Also, the kiosks are a great resource as Diane mentioned, but I have found that not all information has been inputted into the kiosks. The cemetery that you are in referring to may not have updated all of the earlier information into their computer/kiosk since it was so long ago. The information may be in a filing cabinet not easily accessible. I agree with Diane, be persistent but pleasant. Regards, Kim "Have you checked the kiosks at your nearest archdiocesan cemetery?
