Cynthia Richardson operates the web site through ChicagoGenealogy. It used to be JUST her doing lookups etc and I would highly recommend her. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and very professional. However, Genlighten employs (for lack of a better word) the services of many others, each providing a different lookup service. I'm not sure how their results are overseen by Genlighten, other than through a customer rating service. Maybe speaking with Cynthia would give you a better idea of the qualifications of the person doing this adoption-related work. Just MHO.
