Thanks everyone for your input. I know she died here in Chicago in 1962. I know she was buried 05 May 1962.   I have emailed Cook County through aforementioned site.  Have to wait 7-10 days.  If they don't respond favorably, I'll write a letter with a SASE. The cemetery gave me the funeral director's name.  Unfortunately, it changed hands in 1991 and no previous record were kept.  The previous owner has since passed on himself.  I'm told by several funeral homes that they are not required by law to retain records.  boo woo. My great-grandmother, CORA HENDERSON,  was 108 when she died,  She was born in 1854 in Arkansas.  Her name does not seem to be one that would be mis-spelled. I'm sure she died of old age.  That's obvious.  I just want copy of her death record for my genealogy files to prove she did exist as there's no chance a record of her birth was made.
