Patricia, Unfortunately I have no funds to pull death cert for Augusta & Amelia in Illinois. They died before SSDI. Augusta died Feb 24,1942 in Winnetka & Amelia died March 1, 1953 in Winnetka. Charles 1954 Janesville, Rock Co. WI death cert I had hand transcribed-Mother was listed as Ernestine Buntman. No father listed on anything for Charles. We believe Father was Gottlieb. IF we have correct Albertina Krause her death cert does not list her maiden name-Cem says they have no record of it. Death Notice from Chicago paper says nothing. Only 1 child had a birth listed on Family Search Pilot & mother was listed as Albertina Krause. As for Affeldt- Gustave & Wilhelmina Garske Affeldt came to Ill abt 1881 or 1882 with Gustave's 5 children by 1st wife & 1 child by Garske, stayed about 2 years before going to WI. His sister Louise Affeldt came over in the early 1870's to Chicago & married William Nitzschke. They remained in Chicago. Supposedly another UNPROVEN as yet sister Ernestine Affeldt came over in the late 1860's or 1870. She may have come to Chicago before going to WI. She married Edward Bandmann in WI or Il. She was in WI by 1871 since child was born then in WI. 2nd marriage to Gustave's brother Herman spent time in Chicago before going to WI. We believe more siblings of Gustav, Herman, Louise & possibly Ernestine may exist. They would be born in mid 1830's to 1850's & would have been from Deutch Krone area. Gustav & Herman were born in Arnsfelde or Arensfelde, Deutch Krone along with most of Gustaves children with some supposedly born in Berlin. So far cemeteries will tell me nothing, except burial location. Augusta-no idea what church she was buried from. Obit does not say. Amelia obit lists church but no parents names are listed in the records. Funeral Home will not tell me parents names or IF they were listed. Says it is against the law to tell me. The brother Charles Krause- obit, Funeral home, church & cem all indicate mother was Ernestine Buntman or Buntsman yet IF I have correct census that info & other info seems to indicate she was Albertina Bandmann Krause. Still waiting for the church the ladies were married in to respond. I am also trying to work on my Affeldt line that has connections to Chicago & Outagamie County, Wisconsin. Kathy
